The GM Military Program has supported the Achilles Freedom Team for 10+ years. They help injured service members embark on a long journey of rebuilding through “achievable accomplishments,” ultimately competing in high-profile marathons, inspiring crowds with their courage.

We were tasked with refreshing the overall look and feel of our existing Military Achilles creative to continue promoting GM’s partnership with Achilles International and increase awareness for Achilles events throughout the year. We ultimately created a look and feel for a wide range of Achilles creative elements from online OLA to event materials and everything in between.

One of the highlights of this work was the Conqueror’s Circle piece that interviewed athletes after the Detroit Marathon, and I had the honor of sitting down with them for it. I learned that after these marathons are over and the crowds have gone home, these Achilles athletes continue with everyday struggles and some achievements can’t be measured in just miles – they are always conquering.
