Digital Engagements

I worked from the ground up to establish a digital product offering that included emails, microsites, and app offerings at Freeosk, Inc. Working with outside vendors to being completely in-house was a great path to fully understanding what it takes to cross-functional bring a digital product to life. I’ve designed emails, microsites, internal company culture sites, and our consumer site all while there.

Beyond design I was able to lead strategic planning for our digital offerings such as content, strategy, analytics, and back-end support while also implementing standard processes. While managing front-end developers I was able to understand their needs and what it takes to bring this all to life which has helped me understand digital engagements more wholly.

Understanding the shopper mindset no matter the medium is a key component of what I do. Whether it be through their phone via email or microsite, in-store via video screen or print, or however they prefer to be reached and on what type of device. Being able to reach the shopper in a meaningful way no matter the time, day, or occasion is a large part of what I do.

Key clients include Walmart, Sam’s Club, Frito Lay, Oreos, Kraft, Gatorade, Kellogg’s, Mars, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, P&G, and Nestle.
